Maria L. Wagner CPA, MBA
Maria started her career as an internal auditor and eventually held various accounting management and administrative positions in large university-based health networks. After moving to Chicago and earning a Masters Degree in Medieval History at Loyola University, Maria opened a small accounting firm that specializes in bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, and growth consulting for local business owners and providing tax preparation services and personal financial consulting to individuals and families. In 2019, Maria and her husband, Nathan, moved to Montrose CO and are loving our new mountain views and the amazing weather.
Maria is a member of the AICPA and a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor.

Tax return info will not be discussed with anyone other than the taxpayer(s), e.g. other relatives, mortgage bankers, taxing agencies, etc., unless express written permission is received from the taxpayer(s). This policy excludes dependent children who must file a tax return.
Tax return preparation fees must be paid by clients PRIOR to e-filing. No exceptions will be made, except with approval by Wagner Accounting Services.
For tax filers who prefer paper filing, a 5% paper processing fee will be assessed, and payment will be required prior to mailing the completed tax documents. Any FedEx charges required will be charged to the client. Regular postage charges will not be charged.
Clients who submit initial tax documents within 5 days of a tax filing deadline will incur a 10% "rush" surcharge.
Payment on all invoices is due upon receipt unless alternative arrangements are made.
